This is a CEM certification sent by a supplier; it claims to enable SIL3 compliance. I’m not sure if it’s genuine – I’ve only seen TUV certifications before
Found online for reference: How to determine whether an SIL certificate is “authentic” or not? Before determining whether it is genuine or not, please ask your SIL instrument supplier for certificates, test reports, and contracts – they are very useful for making such a judgment. (1) Costs and timeline: Certification fees below 100,000 may be fraudulent. Whether it is an international or domestic certification body, the basic pricing principle for certification services is usually based on the number of man-hours invested in the project, and the calculation method is relatively transparent. Due to differences in labor costs, domestic certification bodies charge lower prices. All certified tests follow uniform standards, and the processes are similar. French BV, German TUV, Shanghai Institute, and Beijing Institute offer reasonable quotes in the market; if a quote is too low, it’s likely that such a quote from these four agencies is fake. The claim that the certification process takes a short time might be false: the IEC61508 standard consists of over 900 pages, almost 1,000 pages in total. If a company claims to be able to complete the audit in just one month, it’s highly unlikely – 99% of the time. Everyone is aware of the credibility and value of such certificates, as well as the tendency to take advantage of them. (2) “Certificate” and “Verification”: After issuing a certificate, certification bodies will state their own protection clauses, which are indicated on the certificate. Reputable certification bodies usually write “certificate” on it to indicate that it is indeed a certificate; fake certificates generally do not use such wording, instead opting for “Verification” to indicate that they have only carried out verification or proof. What is the difference between these two terms? ““Certificate” certification requires authorization and recognition, while “Verification” allows anyone to verify each other – these are two completely different concepts. “Verification” simply means that I bear no responsibility, I just carry out a verification. Additionally, IAF (International Accreditation Forum) is a body of officially recognized accreditation agencies, and these agencies recognize each other within the IAF. Certificates that are based on “verification” are not recognized by IAF, as it is not possible to prove the auditing process involved, nor are there any corresponding calculations available. (3) Does the SIL certificate bear an identifier from the regulatory authority? All certification bodies have a higher-level regulatory authority overseeing them; in China, this is the China National Certification Administration (CNCA), in France it is COFRAC, and in Germany it is DAKKS. Reputable organizations usually display the identifier of their regulatory authority in a prominent position on the certificate, and if such an identifier is present, it indicates that there are no issues with the certificate to some extent. (4) “Assessed and fulfills”: Certificates issued by legitimate certification bodies will state “assessed and fulfills”, which means “we have conducted an assessment”. Fake certificates usually use “e*stent”, meaning “it exists”; in other words, you provide the information and I confirm that it exists. There is also “found”, which means “discovered”. In short, it simply means that something exists and I have discovered it – that’s all. (5) Disclaimers: The “Assessment” and “Found” disclaimers – particularly in certificates issued by foreign certification bodies – usually include such disclaimers. A legitimate certification body is liable for the “Assessment” it carries out, but it is not liable for a “Found” result. For manufacturers, an “Assessment” proves that the product meets the IEC61508 standards and exempts them from liability in case of accidents, whereas a “Found” result does not provide such proof (SIL instruments carry significant responsibility; a negative result means nothing goes wrong, but if an accident occurs, it could lead to serious consequences). How do instrument manufacturers choose SIL certification bodies? For manufacturers, when selecting an SIL certification body, it is recommended to make comparisons and make a choice based on the following four criteria. (1) Credibility, that is, whether users accept the certificates issued by this certification body ; (2) Reputability: When choosing an accreditation body, it is essential to select a company with a high level of reputation, as this is just as important as credibility. For example, when choosing a school, we first pick a renowned university and then choose a good major within it ; (3) Price and cycle issues ; (4) Certification companies provide technical services, so when making a choice, it is necessary to consider the company’s technical capabilities ;
Just ask a third-party SIL loop verification agency; the agency hired by the project owner for previous projects did not recognize this certificate.
SIL certification is completely useless. Is the tube really genuine or fake? You really do need to wear a mask; even if it’s fake, it won’t kill you. .
Stupid idiots just make things up. Over 1,000 pages of messy documents – what’s the use of playing word games with them? To verify truth or falsehood, just check it on the public internet – and you’ll find out. Why so many nonsense things? . .
Instruments are designed by designers. Should the instrument be equipped with multiple certificates or fewer? It should still be that hanging instrument, without any missing or extra components. Big companies show off in every way; they have all kinds of certifications. . .
SIL level certificates are available in red and blue. There is a big difference between these two.
This certificate does not have an MTTF value, unlike the E*da certificates. So, SiL verification is not done
You damn well are the scum; You can decide whether to read what I’ve looked up or not ; If you have different opinions, express them properly; the stuff you spout is even more disgusting than what’s posted below ; Does the group owner still care, allowing such scum to exist in the group?
