As shown in the figure, the process requires that a value be displayed at intervals of 0, 15, 30, and 45 seconds; one value is shown every 15 seconds, and this cycle repeats itself. This allows for monitoring of the trend in liquid level changes, which is displayed on the DCS configuration screen. How should the program be written? I earnestly ask experts to share their insights
That’s roughly what it means; there are other ways to achieve it as well.
After answering, I remembered a question: don’t you have any trends? Why do we have to do this?……
When setting trends on the DCS, set the sampling interval to 15 seconds
Just look at the trends – it’s clear what to do; you can set it for any number of seconds. You people in engineering are also talented individuals
I also think this is the basic function of an instrument recorder, right? Don’t they have this gauge? It needs to be implemented through programming.....
DCS still has the basic functionality to show trends; there’s no need for something so complicated
The Hilscher M6 trend chart does not have this feature; one has to look at the value corresponding to that time point. For process monitoring, trend charts are not used
