It depends on the parameters of the closed-loop chilled water system you’re referring to. You mentioned flow rate; it seems that water enters slowly while exiting quickly, or perhaps the inlet pipe has a smaller diameter than the outlet pipe
There must be a problem; if the original poster is not mistaken, 60 liters of water enter per hour, but 130 liters leave. It’s unrealistic to have so many things appear out of nowhere. Check the flow meter; I’m not sure of the exact situation, but there’s a problem with one of the components in the flow meter.
