Can G threads be used in conjunction with Class II pipes?

According to the relevant standards, G threads have only one size for each specification. For example, DN20 pipes come in Series I and Series II, and their diameters differ as well. According to national standards, G threads should be used for pipes in Series I. Does anyone know if G threads can be used on pipes in Series II?/
1) Determine the outer diameter and wall thickness of Series I or II pipes； 2) Check the major, minor, and pitch diameters of the corresponding thread (pay attention to the dimensions of the root and tip) ； 3) Determine whether the outer diameter of the corresponding pipe and its wall thickness allow for the machining of appropriate internal or external threads.
