There must be special reasons why the process medium cannot be cooled, but pH electrodes that can operate at high temperatures for extended periods are indeed rare. Also, how long does the long-term use refer to, as mentioned by the original poster? Using it for a week is considered a long period if used for just one day, and using it for three months is only a short period if used for one year. Are there any specific time usage requirements? Some companies have electrodes that can withstand higher temperatures, but their service life is certainly not comparable to that of electrodes used at normal temperatures. Electrodes that can generally tolerate the CIP process can be used for a short period of time at higher temperatures (up to 120 degrees or even higher). Such electrodes can be tried out, but they are quite expensive.
