How do I read this logic diagram? What do the cross-references mean? What do A001.003 and S7, along with 18.3, 18.11, and 20.5, mean?
There’s also this diagram; could you explain it in detail?
This diagram is incomplete; it’s not clear what S stands for – it seems to refer to signals from other sources. The values provided are reference values only, and there isn’t enough information to understand the logical relationships

Such legend pages contain detailed explanations; just by looking at this single image, one can see the time function blocks, RS function blocks, and so on
It can be seen that this is an edge-triggered block, an RS flip-flop, and a delay-activated block; however, I’m not sure what the output of this circuit will be, which makes it a bit confusing for me
It can be seen that this is an edge-raising block, an RS flip-flop, and a delayed activation block; the truth table output requires the assistance of other signals
Behind it, a TON circuit with an RS flip-flop is used, along with a final AND gate. When the previous value changes from 1 to 0, the output remains at 0 for five seconds; even if the previous value returns to 1, the output will still stay at 0 for those five seconds. The interlock output must remain at 0 for at least five seconds
