I would like to ask everyone: where can one find empirical data values for controller parameters? For example, what are the appropriate engineering values for the proportional coefficient Kp and the derivative time Ti when the control object is flow rate? Thank you!
What is specified in standards and specifications are strict, accurate, enforceable, and implementable elements; empirical data is not included in standards and specifications. The range of the above empirical data is the result of years of experience within the industry, and it represents only a rough range.
Different algorithms for the controller, different control components, and different parameters of the medium can all affect the parameters of the control model; therefore, how can there be a fixed value?
