Problems with the Honeywell DCS system screens

Our company uses Honeywell’s DCS system, and the flowchart screens on the operator stations keep switching to a specific flowchart after a few minutes. It seems that this is pre-set. Since the installation was built 6 years ago, it’s not convenient to get in touch with the configuration engineers from the supplier at the moment. I’m seeking help from the experts here – how can we change this preset setting? Thank you!
I advise you to turn to the manufacturer; when there are problems with a system, there can be many possible causes, and it’s not certain that it’s an issue with the software.
The problem is that it’s not convenient to find the manufacturer, and this isn’t actually a fault condition – it’s probably just a setting issue; after a few minutes, it should return to the specific workflow screen~

Besides the dedicated keyboard, is an additional keyboard needed?
