Currently, our company uses a float-type sensor; however, its detection performance is not satisfactory

For the mechanical clarification tank used for cooling the by-products of coking, we use radio frequency admittance; it works fine, but a PTFE lining is required. The floating ball will stick to the bottom within just a few days
A float level gauge lined with PTFE or a magnetostrictive level gauge lined with PTFE could be considered.
