Is a vacuum gauge the same as a negative pressure gauge?

When searching for this type of gauge online, all the results show gauges like the one in the picture. Are there any remote-transmission vacuum gauges? Or is a vacuum gauge simply a remote-transmission pressure transmitter used to measure negative pressure? Are there any other principle-based instruments for measuring vacuum?
Negative pressure or vacuum can be measured remotely using an absolute pressure transmitter.

Vacuum instruments – that’s probably the literal meaning. Instruments capable of measuring vacuum (negative pressure) can be local instruments or remote-transmitted instruments. Gauge pressure transmitters are the most suitable for measuring vacuum, while some gauge pressure transmitters can also measure negative pressures (they simply display a negative value).
