At a loading station, loading has been normal over the past six years; however, recently there have been instances of overloading by about 1 ton from time to time, and this only occurs with the first load. There is no pattern in these occurrences, and no changes have been made to the processing procedures – it’s not clear what the problem is. The Coriolis mass flow meters used for flow measurement are inspected annually in accordance with standards. Can this type of flow meter experience occasional inaccuracies? What factors can cause this type of flow meter to become inaccurate?
I’m not sure if it’s the same in my case. If so, a long period of shutdown followed by restart will result in inaccurate readings for the first batch of products processed; this is normal. Other factors that can cause inaccurate readings include significant fluctuations in flow rate, as well as a large deviation between the actual flow rate and the rated flow rate

Each time the first load is installed, observe on-site whether the drive gain is high (drive% should generally not exceed 15%) and whether there are any yellow lights flashing on the panel In the rear path, there may be fluctuations in the misalignment between the gas and liquid phases. In the front path, uneven distribution of the medium can occur due to insulation damage. However, in the case of the first vehicle, this is probably not caused by external vibrations. Annual inspections should help rule out any wall adhesion issues. That said, some inspection agencies aren’t very reliable; if possible, it would be advisable to replace the flow meter to see whether the abnormality still persists in the first vehicle.
Is it a problem that arose after calibration? If so, it is recommended to check the pulse equivalent setting
