Dear teachers, a Yokogawa vortex flow meter is to be installed on-site, with an operating pressure of 0.7 Mpa. Does the measured flow rate refer to the flow rate at a pressure of 0.7 Mpa? If the pressure drops to 0.5 Mpa, does the measured flow rate refer to the flow rate at 0.5 Mpa?

For example, the condition for the initial flow of the fluid should be that a pressure difference is generated before and after the flow meter; only this pressure difference can cause the fluid to flow.
