This forum focuses on challenges such as the automated transformation of hazardous chemical processing processes, the monitoring of major hazard sources, and the application of industrial Internet technologies in safety management. It aims to help chemical enterprises in the southwestern region consolidate their achievements in safety management and promote their high-quality development. At the forum site, the newly upgraded Dinghua G80 was on display. The next-generation Dinghua G80 radar level gauge introduced by Dinghua Electronics at this forum attracted considerable attention from experts present and colleagues in the industry. The next-generation 80G FMCW radar level gauge utilizes FMCW technology, combined with Dinghua’s unique \"ELL signal analysis technology\" and \"small blind zone\" technology. This enables it to effectively eliminate or reduce the impact of interference signals such as multiple echoes and false echoes, thereby significantly improving the stability of the product and ensuring it remains in its optimal operating condition at all times. A beam angle of 3° and an extremely compact antenna design ensure the best measurement results even in complex operating conditions with internal components, mixing devices, and compact containers.
