Recently, all process analysis and testing tasks in the circulating water system under Tianjin Petrochemical Institute have been carried out by machines, replacing human intervention. Since the beginning of this year, Tianjin Petrochemical has implemented intelligent monitoring across all circulating water systems, building on the experience gained from previous intelligent monitoring trials. The intelligent testing system can conduct synchronous analysis at set intervals, and upload the detection data in real time. It can automatically carry out data analysis, collection, and transmission without human intervention, while also providing timely guidance for adjustments to water quality and chemical dosing. At present, all the circulating water systems at Tianjin Petrochemical have achieved automatic monitoring of 10 key control parameters, including pH value, turbidity, free chlorine, and total phosphorus. The successful application of intelligent testing provides technical support for making water management systems unattended or minimally manned on one hand ; On the other hand, it also meets the requirements for standardization, timeliness, and accuracy in on-site analysis and testing.

Isn’t it just buying an online meter with money? Something that can be done by spending money is still called a ‘task’! Only when a heat exchanger remains free from scaling and leakage after 3 or 5 years of operation can we say that the circulating water system is well managed.
