1. According to Article 10.2.14 of GB 50093-2013 \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automation Instrumentation Projects\", all types of grounding for various circuits within instrument panels and cabinets shall be connected to the grounding busbars or grounding terminal boards through separate grounding branches. From these busbars or terminal boards, the grounding main wires are led out, which then connect to the main grounding wire and the grounding electrodes. The various grounding branches, busbars, or terminal boards shall be insulated from one another at all points where they are not connected.
2. Basis: Article 36 of the Work Safety Law stipulates that production and business operation entities must carry out regular maintenance and servicing of safety equipment, as well as periodic inspections, to ensure its proper operation.
3. The valves of the cooling system should be of the (FO) type, while the valves of the heating system should be fail-closed (FC) type. The valves of the feeding system should also be fail-closed (FC) type. According to Article 11.10.1 of the \"Specifications for the Selection and Design of Automated Instruments\" (HG/T 20507-2014), in the event of a failure in the instrument air supply system or a sudden interruption of the power source, the opening degree of the control valve should be such that it keeps the production unit in a safe state.
4. In accordance with Article 36 of the Work Safety Law, production and business operations entities must carry out regular maintenance and servicing of safety equipment, as well as periodic inspections, to ensure its proper operation.

6. According to Article 6.1.11 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013), instrument nameplates and tag numbers must be complete, secure, and clear, and the instrument equipment must be in good condition.
7. Article 10.1.6 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013): Threaded connections shall be used between cable conduits, as well as between cable conduits and junction boxes (enclosures) or wire passing boxes. The effective thread engagement length shall be no less than 5 turns; electrical compound grease shall be applied to the threads, and hemp rope, insulating tape, paint, etc. shall not be used. The connections shall be secured with lock nuts to ensure good electrical continuity.
8. Article 10.1.2 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automated Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013) stipulates that the specifications and models of instruments, instrument circuits, electrical equipment, and materials installed in explosive hazardous environments must comply with the requirements specified in the design documents. Explosion-proof equipment must have nameplates and explosion-proof markings, and the nameplate shall indicate the number of the explosion-proof certification issued by an authorized agency.
9. In accordance with the requirements of Article 10.1.3 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013), when introducing cables for explosion-proof instruments and electrical equipment, explosion-proof sealing rings or sealing fillers should be used for sealing. Any excess holes on the casing must be sealed to meet explosion-proof requirements, using wire plugs for sealing.
10. \"Code for Installation of Electrical Equipment – Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Equipment in Explosive and Fire-Hazardous Environments\" (GB 50257)； The inlet of explosion-proof electrical equipment shall be capable of reliable connection and sealing with cables and wires.
11. Article 10.3.6.8 of the \"Code for Selection and Design of Automation Instruments in Petrochemical Industries\" (SH/T 3005-2016) stipulates that a manual valve should be able to be installed on the pneumatic circuit of the actuator; operating this manual valve on-site can close the valve, and such a manual valve should be protected by a lead seal.
