Does anyone know the manufacturer’s website and contact information for high-temperature thermocouples for gasification furnaces?
The thermocouples designed specifically for gasifiers in Tianjin Zhonghuan are really good!
I think thermocouples that measure temperature from the side are prone to breaking; try a non-contact thermometer, such as an infrared thermometer.
I’m not sure what the operating temperature of your furnaces is. Our acidic gas incinerator operates at 1300 degrees, and we use ceramic S-type thermocouples from Anhui Lande, which work quite well
There are quite a few manufacturers that can produce high-temperature thermocouples, right?

In China, there are three main manufacturers of this product: Kunshan Ulead, Tianjin Zhonghuan, and ## Materials Research Institute; you can look up their phone numbers online
Zhejiang Lunt, Tianjin Zhonghuan, Ningbo Aoci, and Xi’an Instrument Factory are quite well-known in the chemical industry.
