How to deal with fluctuations in the flow rate of Emerson mass flow meters between -990 kg/h and 1000 kg/h during normal operation?
Let’s try using 475 first to see if there are also fluctuations
There are two aspects to this: one is the sensor, and the other is the core processor. Use 475 to conduct a diagnosis; if no issue can be detected, try replacing the core processor to see if that helps
Check for interference, pipe vibration.

The error code is A102; it has been addressed, but the issue still persists
The most likely possibility is two-phase flow. If it functions normally when completely emptied, then it must be a two-phase flow. Also, how did you rule out a102?
