For the manual valves before and after the quench water filter, some use ball valves with dual sealing, some use ball valves with single sealing, and others use globe valves. Please share which type of valve is used in your own factory What kind of problems have occurred? Let me first talk about the situation at my factory. Our factory uses one-way sealed ball valves that are installed opposite to each other; after operating for a long time, these valves can no longer be closed properly. I heard that many manufacturers now use electro-hydraulic actuators, which solves the problem of relying on human labor.
Actually, this is an old topic; I just heard that some organizations use globe valves, and they have worked well all the time! So, I want to know how many are using stop valves?
Also, I would like to know whether it is better for electro-hydraulic actuators to be modular or integrated
