Water is replaced by pouring it in, replacing it one by one by draining water from each radiator

I think it’s not possible to replace such a large amount of water. First, coking plants have already achieved zero wastewater discharge; there’s simply not enough water available. Second, water also needs to be replaced during chemical cleaning processes, and yet there’s still no place to drain this water. If there’s no other place to go, use a separation device to gradually separate the water from the oil
