The flow velocity calculated based on the actual flow rate and pipe diameter is only 0.06 to 0.12
Such a low slurry flow rate – this can’t be in the slurry pipeline from the outlet of the high-pressure slurry pump to the gasifier, right? That pipeline requires a slurry flow rate of 0.6~0.9 m/s. With such a low slurry flow rate, the pipeline is prone to clogging.
