Is the gas flow rate in coal powder transportation under speed control (HL)? Is there any density control?
I know it’s cascade control, along with load correction. Does it mean density cascade flow rate?
For coal powder transportation, we have no experience with it, but we are familiar with powder transportation; in such cases we usually consider density (which is equivalent to flow rate), while also taking gas velocity into account. Hope this can serve as a starting point to inspire further discussion
The conveying gas is primarily used to control the gas-solid ratio during conveying, thereby changing the conveying speed! The pipe diameter determines the amount of fluid transported at any given moment.
