I would like to ask if anyone has a comparative analysis of the Wei River project designed by Dongyang Design, compared with projects like Hengsheng that were independently designed in China, or some projects in Shaanxi that underwent optimized design in China Thank you

In fact, the design used by Weihua back then in Yubu was quite advanced. However, through years of experimentation, water-coal slurry gasification technology in China has been greatly optimized. There were indeed design shortcomings in Weihua’s approach as well; for example, the use of rapid-flow nozzles to wash away sediment in the slag channels proved to be ineffective in projects such as Dalian Dahuaxia. The black water coolers designed during the startup phase of the gasification furnaces were also not suitable. Additionally, plate-and-frame filters were used for fine slag filtration, which resulted in poor continuity in slag discharge and a high rate of equipment failures. These are my personal opinions; I welcome any criticism or suggestions to address these shortcomings.
