Are the components of the dispersant used in 6.5MPa gasifiers the same as those used in 4.0MPa gasifiers?
The components of the dispersant have no relation to the vaporization pressure grade
However, the components of the dispersant are related to temperature; as pressure increases, the temperature of the black water rises as well. If the concentration of dispersant components is low at high temperatures, this will cause the dispersant to lose its effectiveness more quickly in such conditions, and scaling is more likely to occur in the pipelines and equipment operating at high temperatures
Under normal conditions, an increase in pressure and temperature places higher demands on the stability of dispersants. But the impact is not very significant; what has the greatest impact are changes in coal quality and the stability of the vaporization system.
Agree with the person above. I’ve used both 3.8 and 6.4; it’s the same dispersant in both cases
