A domestic-leading \"dry desulfurization + medium-low temperature denitrification\" technology for desulfurizing and denitrifying coke oven flue gas has been successfully applied in Ansteel’s coke oven flue gas treatment. Compared with existing domestic technologies for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, this technology features the following advantages: 1. It utilizes a new ultra-fine dry powder desulfurization method, which effectively prevents equipment corrosion and secondary pollution, thereby achieving the whitening of flue gas; 2. The pipelined reaction technology replaces traditional desulfurization tower systems, resulting in less floor space required and a reduced initial investment ; 3. It features high efficiency in desulfurization and denitrification, with removal rates of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas exceeding 98% ; 4. Low operating costs: the rational utilization of the system’s thermal energy gradient and the long service life of the catalyst result in operating costs that are lower than those of existing domestic processing technologies ; 5. By-products generated during the desulfurization process can be recycled.
