May I ask what appropriate tonnage should be maintained for the springs in various parts of a 7-meter coke oven (with top-loading coal) during production? The upper springs consist of two large spring sets, the lower springs consist of large and small spring sets, and the longitudinal tension bars are equipped with two sets of large and small springs. Additionally, how should the spring pressure for the large and small spring sets be calculated correctly?
I have a question: for the large springs located at the upper part of the coke oven columns, there are two of them on each side. When the tonnage of a spring is specified as 2 tons, does this refer to the tonnage of each spring individually, or is it the total tonnage of both springs together? ,
