Low-temperature methanol washing, flashing, and stripping

Dear sea friends, how is cold energy generated in the carbon dioxide stripping and flashing processes of low-temperature methanol washing? Don’t flashing and stripping remove relative heat? Then why is the temperature of the methanol rich in sulfur at the bottom of the absorption tower (the carbon dioxide stripping tower) higher than that of the carbon dioxide stripped at the top of the tower?
I suggest you go and ask in the purification or methanol area; the responses from our gasification area aren’t professional enough either
