Parameters can be modified on the component circuit board on-site. In this case, it is likely due to an overly weak speed signal. Feel free to discuss more – we started using domestic products for this purpose quite early on in our project
Could it be due to unstable feed?
It’s possible that this is the operating condition, or it’s possible that there’s a problem with the measuring element
Another possibility is that the shielding of the measuring elements and circuits is inadequate, preventing them from overcoming external electromagnetic interference from sources such as walkie-talkies, mobile phones, and welding machines; sometimes vibrations (such as those caused by tightening screws) can also have this effect
Fluctuations are normal; it’s difficult for the velocity meter used to measure coal powder to give accurate readings
There are two possible explanations for this situation: 1. There are fluctuations within the coal transport pipeline itself; 2. The significant variations in the electrical properties of the process coal powder cause the measured value to fall outside the acceptable range, resulting in inaccurate measurement outputs ; The specific reason can be verified and analyzed by examining the output curve at that time
It should be measured with high accuracy; there are often fluctuations in the speed of the coal powder inside the test tube
Our flow meters also experience fluctuations from time to time; such fluctuations occur more frequently when the moisture content of the coal powder is high. In most cases, it is due to issues with the material itself. This can be determined by observing the conditions in the furnace; only if there are no changes in the furnace conditions should we consider problems with the instruments
