It can be found at the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the corresponding county or city. Nowadays, there are no mandatory requirements for computer skills or English proficiency; first of all, one must possess a qualification from a higher level, and it is also necessary to attend the required online retraining sessions every year and pass the examinations.
The proper term for this is continuing education for professional and technical personnel; a fixed number of hours of training must be completed each year, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain the relevant certification
