B303Q requires the addition of some catalyst for production purposes; how should it be added? How to load the old and new catalysts?

Ask the catalyst manufacturer, and check whether the catalyst you have newly installed is a presulfurized one. You can also consult professional catalyst installation companies, as they also have relevant experience

The old catalyst needs to be screened to remove the fine and crushed particles； The process of filling it is the same as that used for initially installing the catalyst, but now old and new catalysts are used together; the new catalyst should be placed in the middle, while the old catalysts should be placed at the bottom and top ； This will enable the new catalyst to utilize its best advantages ； Be sure not to mix them when loading, as that will reduce both the usage time and efficiency ；
