The emission reduction measures specified in the newly issued \"Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Response to Severe Air Pollution and Consolidating Emergency Emission Reduction Measures\" and \"Technical Guidelines\" by the Ministry of Environmental Protection require that gasification units be shut down during yellow, orange, or higher-level warning periods (counted on a per gasification unit basis). Please discuss the safety and environmental issues that arise in actual production when implementing these policies. There are rewards for participation!
I feel it’s somewhat overgeneralized; using only pollution indicators and emission reduction measures as criteria for shutting down or restricting production isn’t very convincing
