When installing the flow meter for the main cooling water pipeline of the gasifier burner, should it be placed on the supply side or the return side of the burner cooling water? What is the difference, and which option is better?
I’m not sure what type of vaporization technology you use. In coal water slurry furnaces, there is a single series of cooling water for the burners; flow meters with orifice plates are installed at both the inlet and outlet to monitor for leaks in the burner coils. If the inlet flow is low and the outlet flow is high, or if the absolute difference between the inlet and outlet flows is high, an interlock is triggered, which is why flow meters are installed at both the inlet and outlet.
