Review Meeting for the Jinhua Furnace Model of Qilu Yihua Held Author/Source: Jinhua Furnace Date: 2021-05-27 Clicks: 9 From May 24th to 25th, a review meeting on the gasification technology model of the Jinhua Furnace for the technical upgrade project of Yangmei Qilu Yihua’s 45,000 Nm3/h (CO+H2) syngas plant was held at Huisheng Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. Relevant technical personnel from Yangmei Group Zibo Qilu First Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd., and Huisheng Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. attended this review meeting for the gasification unit model. During the meeting, the participants engaged in in-depth exchanges, thorough discussions, and careful reviews regarding processes, pipelines, equipment, instruments, and other aspects as part of the review process. Communicate actively with all parties to optimize the design. The successful holding of this review meeting lays a solid foundation for the rapid advancement of the subsequent detailed design of the gasification unit. The 45,000 Nm3/h (CO+H2) syngas production unit at Yangmei Qilu Yihua utilizes the water-cooled wall waste-heat gasifier technology for coal slurry developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. (Jinhua Furnace 3.0). The project uses one operating unit and one standby unit, with a gasification pressure of 4.5 MPaG, and a total gas flow rate of 45,000 Nm3/h (CO + H2). The construction site is located in Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province.
