Oxygen pipeline venting

Are there any design specifications regarding the location where oxygen pipelines should be vented in the design of gasification furnaces in chemical plants? Our factory has a gasification unit, and the oxygen pipeline’s venting point is located very close to the unit; we are concerned that it could be unsafe if oxygen comes into contact with the gas being vented. I was wondering if there are any design standards that I could refer to.
