On the one hand, poor curing of the tannin gum results in an excessive number of gum heads, or carbonization occurs during the processing of the tannin gum raw material； On the one hand, it is caused by the reaction of tar-like organic compounds.
Check whether the electrostatic precipitator is functioning properly. If its ability to capture tar decreases, the gas will carry tar mist into the desulfurization unit, causing the catalyst to become poisoned and reducing its desulfurization capacity; moreover, the presence of tar will cause the sulfur paste to turn black.
