Review Meeting for the 30% Scale Model of Shaanxi Yinquan Jinhua Furnace Held Author/Source: Jinhua Furnace Date: 2021-05-28 Clicks: 23 From May 26th to 27th, 2021, a review meeting for the gasification technology model of Jinhua Furnace used in Shaanxi Qingshui Yinquan Coal Industry Development Co., Ltd.’s 2x60,000 tons per year melamine production project was held at China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd. Relevant technical personnel from Shaanxi Qingshui Yinquan Coal Industry Development Co., Ltd., China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd., and Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. all attended the review meeting. During the meeting, the participants engaged in detailed exchanges, thorough discussions, and careful evaluations from various aspects such as process technology, pipeline layout, equipment structure, instrument configuration, and boundary conditions. Communicate actively with all parties to optimize the design. The successful holding of this 30% model review meeting has laid a solid foundation for the rapid progress of subsequent construction work on the equipment and installations. The 2x60,000 tons per year melamine project of Shaanxi Qingshui Yinquan Coal Industry Development Co., Ltd. utilizes the water-cooled wall waste boiler gasification furnace (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. The gasification unit operates in a two-in-one-backup configuration, with a gasification pressure of 6.5 MPaG; the effective gas production per furnace is 100,000 Nm3/h (CO + H2). The construction site is located in the Qingshui Industrial Park, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.
