Does anyone know the composition and content of waste gas? The gas composition of clean coal gas can be easily found in books on coking. Where can I find information on the composition and content of waste gas?
The composition and content of waste gas vary slightly among different projects and time periods, depending on factors such as the raw coal used and the operating processes; the main differences lie in the contents of H2 and N2. Attached is the actual composition of raw gas provided by the manufacturer of Project X (units: mole fraction on a dry basis): H2 22.0–24.5; CO2 10.0; CO 16.0–18.5; N2 40; O2 1.5; H2S 1000 mg/Nm3; naphthalene ~18 mg/Nm3; tar 100–126 mg/Nm3
