1. Through extensive research and numerous experiments, the optimal ratio of coking dust to coal powder has been determined; this ratio does not affect the calorific value of the final coke product nor increases its ash content. Since the main component of coking dust is fine coke powder, using it in accordance with strict ratios helps in the formation of the coke, thereby improving its quality. 2. A fully automatic production line was developed based on the actual conditions on site. It consists of a fully enclosed material storage system, a fully enclosed feeding system, a dynamic dust measurement system, a continuous high-intensity mixing system, a spray pre-humidification system, a finished dust transportation system, and a fully automatic central control system. The components of this line are configured according to the capacity of the coking plant; thanks to the precise dust measurement system, the controllable and measurable spray pre-humidification system, and the high-intensity mixing system, finished dust with uniform humidity and stable quality is produced for use as a supplementary coal ingredient. 3. All the production lines used in research and development are equipped with fully enclosed devices, which are reasonably designed for easy maintenance. Secondary pollution is completely eliminated. It has received unanimous praise from customers during use. 4. Thanks to the use of a fully automatic central control system and multiple program optimizations that simplify complex processes, the operation interface is easy to understand. Fully automated production reduces the need for manual labor, thereby lowering customers’ costs while maintaining stable production capacity.
