The reasons for the irregularities are as follows: in some cases, the furnace temperature was abnormal; the coke cake had not yet matured after the specified time, so further heating was required, which extended the coking time ； Pushing the secondary focus affects the accurate extraction of the focus ； Repair is carried out in individual furnace holes, requiring an extension of the coking time for adjacent carbonization chambers ； Change the coke pushing sequence; for example, change it from 5-2 to 9-2, or from 9-2 to 5-2. Due to the messy notes, the uniformity of the heating temperature is compromised, and it’s easy to mistake the furnace number; this makes the operation time-consuming and cumbersome. It’s also not possible to ensure that adjacent carbonization chambers have a half of the coking time. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the disorderly notes as soon as possible so that coke extraction from the coke ovens can proceed in sequence. The method for adjusting messy papers is to first check the conditions related to paper loss before dealing with the messy papers, fully consider both favorable and unfavorable factors, and explain them clearly to the operators.
