On February 10, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Xing’an League released a public notice regarding the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment documents for the Golden Wind Xing’an League Green Hydrogen-to-Green Methanol (Phase II) Project undertaken by Golden Wind Green Energy Chemical (Xing’an League) Co., Ltd. Project Name: Jinfeng Green Energy Chemicals (Xingan League) Co., Ltd.’s Project for Producing 500,000 tons of green methanol via green hydrogen (Phase II: 600,000 tons) ； Construction unit: Jinfeng Green Energy Chemicals (Xing’an League) Co., Ltd ； Construction site: Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The coordinates of the site are: 122°21'0.598" East, 45°59'44.831" North ； Nature of construction: Expansion ； Industry category: C2614 Manufacturing of organic chemical raw materials ； Land area: The total land area of the factory complex is 682,245 m2, and the land area covered by this expansion project is 134,117.55 m2 ； Total investment amount: The total investment is 2,999.69 million yuan, of which 7.01 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection efforts, accounting for 0.23% of the total investment ； Construction scale: An annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of green methanol ；
