On November 22, the constant-temperature heating at 150°C in the reactor, regenerator, buffer tanks, and start-up heater of the MTO unit at the Jungeer Company in Inner Mongolia was completed; the regenerator and start-up heater have now entered the phase of constant-temperature heating at 350°C. The reactors, regenerators, buffer tanks, and startup heaters were subjected to heating at a constant temperature of 150°C, which effectively removed the free water from their linings; the heating at 350°C carried out this time increased the temperature from 150°C to 350°C in order to remove the crystalline water from the linings. As of the time of writing, the regenerator and the heating furnace in operation are being heated at a rate of 8–10°C per hour; the temperature has now reached 260°C. The reactor and buffer tank have been fed with nitrogen to maintain a constant temperature of 150°C. Once the regenerator reaches a constant temperature of 350°C, the reactor and buffer tank will begin to be heated to 450°C. It is understood that the regenerator needs to undergo constant-temperature baking in three stages at 150°C, 350°C, and 650°C. During the baking process, the personnel in charge of processes, equipment, and safety work closely together, and the operators follow the baking plan strictly to ensure that the baking work proceeds safely, smoothly, and without issues.
