After the presentation, the attendees went together on a site visit to the project’s dispatch and control center, the oil blending plant, and the liquid storage and transportation plant, to learn about the project’s technical processes, equipment, and actual operational conditions on site. At the product loading and sampling point of the Liquid Storage and Transportation Plant, the attendees witnessed together the important moment when clear, qualified oil flowed slowly out of the pipeline.
