On November 25, 2018, the Huaxian Industrialization Test Base project of the Shaanxi Coal Chemical Research Institute, constructed by Shaanxi Huajian Engineering Company No. 2, was completed and entered the production preparation phase. The main construction tasks assigned to Company 2 for this pilot production area include a thousand-ton-scale fine chemical project, a thousand-ton-scale olefin catalyst project, a ten-thousand-ton-scale industrial experimental project for rapid pyrolysis of fluidized bed coal, and a hundred-ton-scale super activated carbon project. The project is expected to go into full production operation in mid-December. The Huaxian Industrialization Experimental and Production Base project is a key scientific research base construction project under the 12th Five-Year Plan of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Group. It also serves as the platform supporting the **Key Laboratory for Clean Transformation of Coal Based on Different Quality Levels** as well as the local joint engineering center for **green, safe, and efficient coal mining**.
