Recently, the DN3400 isothermal shift reactor and related equipment manufactured by Anchun were delivered on time to the construction site, thereby facilitating the progress of Anhui Quansheng Chemical’s project. The raw material and power structure adjustment project for Anhui Quansheng Chemical Co., Ltd.’s plant with an annual production capacity of 320,000 tons of ammonia alcohol involves the use of coal as a raw material for the production of synthetic ammonia. HT-L space-based pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology is employed for gasification, while the shift unit utilizes the isothermal shift process developed by Hunan Anchun High-Tech Co., Ltd. – a technology that possesses complete independent intellectual property rights in China, namely the \"Isothermal Low-Temperature CO Shift Reactor and Its System Technology\". Considering the process characteristics of this project, a \"primary isothermal + secondary isothermal\" conversion process was developed specifically for it, to reduce the CO content in the raw gas from 63% (on a dry basis) to below 0.4% (on a dry basis). The project to adjust the raw material and energy structure for Anhui Quansheng Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 320,000-ton per year ammonia alcohol production facility is located within the existing plant area in the Yanhua Industrial Park in Dingyuan County, Anhui Province. The total budget for this project is 1.8 billion yuan. The project plans to use HT-L powder gasification, phase-change heat transfer and sulfur-tolerant isothermal shift processes, low-temperature methanol washing for desulfurization and decarbonization, low-pressure alcohol alkylation for gas purification, super Claus desulfurization, and a 15 MPa synthesis process to build a new ammonia synthesis plant with an annual capacity of 320,000 tons (including 20,000 tons of methanol) ; At the same time, the existing 120,000 t/a fixed-bed gas production ammonia synthesis plant will be phased out. A new urea production plant with a capacity of 520,000 tons per year will be built, utilizing the steam turbine compression and CO2 stripping process for urea production ; At the same time, the existing 130,000 t/a aqueous solution cycle urea plant will be phased out. The project to adjust the raw material and power supply structure for Anhui Quansheng Chemical Co., Ltd.’s plant with an annual production capacity of 320,000 tons of amino alcohol is progressing steadily thanks to relevant policy support; in March, the main structure of the gasification unit was completed. To ensure that the isothermal conversion equipment is delivered on time and to the required quality, Anchun Science organized production efficiently and made every effort to advance the project schedule; it maintained a rapid pace of production around the Spring Festival, which enabled the isothermal conversion reactors and related equipment to be delivered to the project site on schedule. This in turn created the conditions necessary for the construction of the Anhui Quansheng Chemical Project to proceed as planned.
