Zhao Xuebin, deputy general manager of Jinmei Group; Philip, vice president of Global Technology at AP Company and vice president in charge of energy bulk project development for the Asian region; Hu Jing, vice president of Global Technology at AP Company and vice president in charge of energy bulk project development for China; and Gao Liangchu*, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Shanxi Provincial Property Rights Trading Market Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. Zhao Xuebin hopes that both sides will leverage their respective strengths to broaden avenues for cooperation, strengthen their partnership, and carry out higher-level strategic collaborations in a wider range of fields and at a deeper level. Huayu Company should actively emulate AP Company’s advanced management and operational models, and leverage AP Company’s strong technical team to improve the level of project management and promote the sustainable and healthy development of projects. Philip introduced AP Company’s global gasification business as well as its development in China, stating that AP Company will strictly adhere to the provisions of the relevant cooperation documents, make full use of its team’s strengths, and utilize the best technologies and operational expertise at the lowest possible costs to accelerate project construction, thereby supporting the transformation and development of Jinmei Group. Under the witness of the attending leaders, representatives from both companies signed a cooperation agreement for the transfer of air separation unit assets and the gas supply project.
