At 4:18 a.m. on December 12, the 600,000 tons/year soda ash project of Henan Jindadi Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Henan Jindadi), for which China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. was responsible for the detailed engineering design, completed all its processes, and succeeded in producing synthetic ammonia in a single batch. Since November, the project has achieved successful single-start-up of all compressors, the air separation unit produced qualified oxygen on November 29, 2021, and the gasification unit was successfully fed for the first time at 15:16 on December 10, 2021. The successful one-time feeding throughout the entire project process underscores China Wuhuan’s strengthened leadership in the field of ammonia synthesis plant design. The use of gasification units in combination with Jinhua furnaces for the first time has expanded its business scope in the area of coal gasification, once again demonstrating China Wuhuan’s leading position in the application of low-carbon emission and energy-efficient engineering technologies.
