At the same time, targeted efforts are made to steadily advance the work in research, production, and sales. Seize market opportunities, closely monitor market trends, and scientifically manage the sales pace to maximize economic benefits ； Continuously strengthen the link between production and sales by organizing monthly production planning meetings and weekly coordination meetings on production and sales, to discuss and determine the sales strategies and production plans for main and secondary products each week, thereby ensuring market share ； Strengthen active communication with the Railway Bureau’s materials company, adopt the \"2 units installed per 1 unit supplied\" approach, and make every effort to ensure adequate railway transportation capacity in order to create conditions for reducing inventory levels of polyolefin products ； By taking into account the technological characteristics of the company’s polyolefin production units as well as the research areas of its various joint laboratories, an annual plan for research and development products was formulated.
