Through two-way interaction between military applications and civilian use, as well as between civilian sectors and the military, they will work together to address the key technologies and major fundamental issues that need to be solved in scientific research and production, thereby facilitating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productive forces. “Meeting to Establish the Project Team for the \"Jinhang Furnace\" Project: On March 30 of this year, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Wenxi, Shanxi, for the pilot-scale Jinhang Furnace facility and the Research Center for Smokeless Coal Gasification, projects funded jointly by Jinmei Group and Xi’an Aerospace Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Zhang Jinqiao, deputy general manager of Jinmei Group’s Coal Chemicals Division, said that this project is intended to serve as a model for Jinmei Group’s \"second transformation,\" and once completed it will play a key role in supporting the development of the smokeless coal market. At the same time, the Wenxi Center is also the first coal gasification testing base in the country. Project groundbreaking ceremony: Following the groundbreaking ceremony, all team members seized every opportunity to work hard despite the challenges, and have recently achieved a series of work results. On July 5, the 22.5-meter-span, 40-ton lifting capacity crane for the compression plant was installed and positioned on its designated track. The compressor building is the key focus of construction for the entire project; there are many auxiliary parts for the cranes, and the installation process is complex, making the lifting operations quite difficult. The project’s technical team developed a detailed lifting plan to overcome challenges such as limited space, and the 200T crane carried out all the lifting procedures flawlessly, completing the task in one go. On July 11, the large-scale desulfurization tower, which requires the highest lifting height and presents the greatest safety challenges, was successfully lifted into place and precisely aligned with the steel columns beneath its framework. Other projects are also progressing step by step as planned: the civil work has completed the pouring of concrete for the upper floors; the various process pipelines have been optimized and verified ； Installation of 4 pure oxygen oxidation furnaces in the 1# ammonia synthesis system completed ； A complete set of desulfurization drum filter equipment and a sulfur foam tank have been installed ； The civil work for the double compressors and chillers is completed; the foundations for the low-pressure compression platform and pipe racks have been poured, and the backfilling has been finished ； The civil work for the control room is basically completed. Regarding the Jinhang furnace pilot plant, it is understood that at the project review meeting at the end of July, the relevant officials noted that the project would rely on strengthening the command team, making payments according to the schedule, and using effective assessment methods as a means to address weaknesses, in order to speed up the work progress and ensure that the entire process is completed by the end of August, with the joint testing of the Jinhang furnace taking place in mid-to-late October. In terms of achieving significant cost reductions, three key actions are taken to ensure success: first, carrying out major repairs during the staggered production schedule in October; second, using regional platforms to allocate the materials needed for these repairs and technical upgrades, thereby optimizing inventory levels and reducing capital occupation ； Second, make every effort to ensure the project is put into operation on schedule, reduce losses to zero, and lay a solid foundation for achieving profitability next year ； Third, further expand the peptide urea market, increase the added value of new products, and broaden profit margins. To date, 80% of the design work for the Jinhang furnace has been completed, the process package review has been finished, and 31 meters of casting has been accomplished. 80% of the equipment for the 80,000-ton restoration project has been installed, and personnel training abroad has been fully launched; the plan for joint commissioning tests has been finalized, and the preparatory work for production is being carried out in a solid and effective manner.
