Catalyst Company Helps Ensure Successful Commissioning of Zhong’an Project Author/Source: Sinochem New Network Date: 2019-08-22 Clicks: 99 Recently, Zhong’an United Company used the methanol-to-olefins catalysts produced by the Nanjing branch of this catalyst company in its methanol-to-olefins project, which helped to achieve a successful first commissioning. Sinochem United’s 1.7 million tons per year methanol-to-olefins plant is the third such facility built by Sinopec after Zhongyuan Petrochemical and Zhongtian Hechuang; the Nanjing branch of the company is responsible for the production of the catalysts used in this plant. Since the shipment from the Nanjing branch of the catalyst company, technical service personnel have been dispatched to the plant site in strict accordance with the user’s schedule. After more than a month of hard work, they completed the task of loading 850 tons of catalyst, thereby contributing to the successful commissioning of the plant.
