It unified its thinking, took proactive actions, and carried out a series of efforts to increase revenues, reduce expenses, and improve efficiency. The product R&D center of Yulin Petrochemical Company makes full use of the collaborative capabilities of the \"Polyolefin Resins Application Joint Laboratory\" to intensify the research and development as well as production of high-value-added polyolefin products. After a period of concerted efforts, on April 1, success was achieved in the first collaborative R&D effort, with the successful production of a specialized material for K4970-B brand milk tea cups. It is understood that the production of materials specifically designed for milk tea cups presents challenges such as powder sticking to the walls and a high melt index, which makes it difficult to control the reaction process. The joint laboratory, together with relevant management and technical personnel from the Polyolefins Center, finalized the pilot production plan based on thorough analysis and research, thereby producing qualified products in a single batch. The K4970-B grade product produced this time boasts good processability, toughness, and heat resistance, as well as features such as high transparency, low odor, and low shrinkage and warping. This product can be used in the manufacturing of various thin-walled injection-molded household items such as cold drink cups and milk tea cups. A responsible official from the Yulin Petrochemical Polyolefin Resins Application Joint Laboratory said that in the future, the laboratory will continue to be market-oriented, focus on efficiency, and aim to provide excellent service to customers.
