On July 23, the signing ceremony for the Qinghai State Investment project at the 21st Qinghai Investment Promotion Conference was held in Xining. Wang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Sichuan Nengtou, was invited to lead a delegation to Qinghai Province to attend the 21st China Qinghai Green Development Investment and Trade Fair, where he signed a Project Framework Agreement for a 600,000-ton/year olefins project with Qinghai Guotou. Zou Zhongping, a member of the Party Committee and director of Sichuan Nengtou, along with Zhang Changjun, the chief economist, attended the meeting. During that time, Wang Cheng and his party held discussions with Wang Liming, the vice governor of Qinghai Province, and engaged in in-depth exchanges on project cooperation with the Qinghai Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Qinghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the relevant authorities of Haixi Prefecture and Golmud City, as well as Qinghai Guotou. The Office, Investment and Development Department, and Capital Operations Department of Sichuan Nengtou Group, as well as Sichuan Nengtou Chuanhua Group and Sichuan Nengtou Chemical Holding Group, participated. Qinghai Guotou Company has signed agreements regarding expert workstations for technical consulting services on resource exploration projects with China Nonferrous Metals Group Corporation, a strategic cooperation agreement with China National Coal Mining and Engineering Group Corporation, and a project framework agreement for the Duocaima project with China Nonferrous Metals Construction Co., Ltd. Among them, the much-anticipated \"Multifunctional Lead-Zinc Mine Cooperative Development Project\" of this Qinghai Investment Fair is a joint venture between Qinghai State Investment Group and China Nonferrous Metals Group Corporation, covering aspects such as feasibility studies for project development and the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of mineral resources ; “The “600,000-ton per year olefin production infrastructure and related project” is a project signed between Qinghai Guotou and Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd.
